I am a NASM-certified Personal Trainer, Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates accredited instructor. In my practice, I infuse Pilates with Resistance Training to create a Pilates Fusion, giving you benefits of both for the workout that has it all

My passion is helping people achieve their fitness goals and boost confidence. Together, we map out your goals. Sessions adapt to your progress, ensuring you see and feel the positive changes you desire.  I create custom routines that challenge YOU - not a one-size-fits-all approach.

I offer online 1:1 training as well as in-person 1:1 classes in a premium private members-only gym in the heart of London, both with flexible pricing options.

Elevate your Pilates routine with 1:1 in-person classes that use a hands-on approach to refine your form, deepen your mind-body connection and allow for a more diverse and rewarding workout. This mat-based class incorporates resistance training using additional equipment to provide a workout that is both challenging and effective. The private Marylebone studio has all amenities for a luxury gym experience.
